We guarantee a minimum ROAS of 10 times what you put in. If we don't get you a 10X ROAS, then we won't bill you for any of the results we got, plus we'll even pay you $1,000 out of our own pocket just to say sorry.

Don't believe us? Here's the math:

For the average client we work with, they opt for $1,000 in ad spend per month. Over a 3 month period, this amounts to $3,000 in ad spend.

Now the fun part, the returns. Over the term that we work with you, we would need to generate you $30,000 in revenue to deliver on our promise of 10X ROAS.

Most clients we work with have a 5-6% commission rate. Using a 5% rate, this would mean that a total of $600,000 in property sales would need to be achieved to return the $30,000 revenue.

Even if the properties listed were only valued at $300,000, then only 2 successful listings would be needed reach the $600,000 in total sale value.

Typically our clients have a success rate of 70%, meaning that 3 listings generally leads to 2 completed sales.

So to generate the 10X ROAS we (on average) need to achieve 3 listings through our marketing, which we have a track record of accomplishing.

About Us

JAE Growth is a property marketing consultancy founded by Euan Smith, Jack Meade and Alasdair Gordon. The three met while working at the largest property investment brokerage in the UK and after getting to know each other, decided to work together to make their ambitions reality. Together they have sold tens of millions worth of properties, brought on whale investors and onboarded several multi-million portfolios.

After selling properties for a while, it soon became apparent the potential starting their own property company would have. JAE Growth was originally set up based in Scotland, but being based online meant that location wasn't restricted, so after speaking with several realtors in America, the company switched it's focus to a much bigger market.
